Payment
Presh Health requires full payment at least 8 weeks (56 days) before the retreat. If we don’t receive your full payment by this time, you may lose your place in the retreat as well as your deposit.
Refunds: We do not give any refunds for unused cabins, meals, sightseeing trips or trek arrangements. Retreat cost is quoted as a package; credits are not given for services not used.
Presh Health has to be firm in its cancellation policy due to costs we incur prior to the retreat. Deposits are therefore non-refundable and non-transferable. However, if you cancel your participation up to and including the 56-day point before the start date of the retreat we will fully refund your balance, minus the deposit. From the 55-day point prior to the start of the retreat, your payment becomes non-refundable - with no exceptions including for changes related to COVID-19. For this reason we strongly encourage you to purchase travel insurance for this trip.
We highly recommend trip insurance; Should you have to cancel your trip due to unforseen circumstances, injury, illness or death of a family member or yourself, adequate trip insurance protects all your payments for both air and land cost.
Presh Health reserves the right to cancel a trip due to low enrollment, force majeure or any other circumstances beyond our control. If this happens, we give a full refund of the retreat package. However, we are not responsible for additional expenses incurred by you in preparing for the trip (e.g., non-refundable air tickets, visa fees if applicable, gear or medical expenses).
